We're looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager with a proven ability to scale paid channels, hands-on experience across multiple traffic sources, and direct ownership of $1M+ in monthly ad spend.
This isn't a role where you just maintain campaigns. You'll launch new acquisition channels and help shape how an AI-first subscription product grows, working directly with the creative team and PMMs to turn your ideas into live tests.

Our team is small and hands-on, and we're looking for professionals who want real ownership and the opportunity to shape and build the business. As we grow within the $1.19 trillion e-commerce industry, your ability to deliver results and move fast will be essential to our success. This is a high-leverage role: your scope also includes launching new traffic sources, building campaign analytics, and managing automation across channels. You'll work in fast-paced squads alongside creatives and Product Marketing Managers.
Your Mission
- Own Multiple Channels: take full ownership of several channels, including those we're already active on, such as Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin, as well as channels that are completely new to us, such as Google (YouTube, Demand Gen), Snap, and Pinterest.
- Build Campaign Analytics: track performance, identify growth opportunities, and turn data into clear decisions about what to scale, modify, or pause.
- Manage Automation: maintain and improve campaign automations across all channels and use AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Work in Squads: partner with creatives and PMMs on audience insights, messaging, creative briefs, and funnel consistency.
- Protect Unit Economics: connect acquisition performance directly to business metrics: CAC, ROMI, LTV, retention, and payback periods.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit
- 3+ Years in User Acquisition with Meta: hands-on experience as a UA Manager, independently managing campaign structure, budgets, bidding, and testing.
- Scale: direct ownership of $1M+ in monthly ad spend.
- Subscription Experience: UA for web subscription products (web-to-web); web-to-app or mobile app experience is a plus.
- Multi-Channel Background: experience with at least two major channels, such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, or Google (YouTube, Demand Gen).
- Launch Mindset: experience launching marketing channels from scratch.
- Data-Driven: strong understanding of campaign analytics, attribution models, cohort analysis, LTV, and payback.
