Job Description Posición de consultoría para concesionarios generando acompañamiento en la comercialización de repuestos y accesorios, buscando estrategias en conjunto con los distribuidores Responsabilidades Actuar como enlace entre GM, sus concesionarios o los establecimientos del mercado de posventa independiente (IAM). Facilitar mentoría y asesoramiento para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales y anuales de ventas y servicios. Monitorear el Índice de Satisfacción del Cliente (CSI) de los concesionarios u otras fuentes de retroalimentación de los clientes para identificar y abordar deficiencias u oportunidades. Colaborar en los lanzamientos de productos para garantizar una coordinación eficiente de las actividades de marketing y publicidad entre el concesionario, los establecimientos IAM y GM. Establecer y gestionar relaciones comerciales. Supervisar la capacitación del personal y asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y objetivos de GM. Colaborar en la gestión de inventarios, incluyendo el pedido de vehículos y/o repuestos y la optimización de los niveles de existencias. Analizar las ventas del concesionario, el mercado local y la competencia para identificar oportunidades de generación de ingresos. Incrementar las ventas de vehículos y repuestos de GM a los clientes. Colaborar en la resolución de problemas de los clientes. Realizar otras funciones relacionadas según se le asigne. Requisitos Formación: Graduados y/o egresados en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial / Civil / Industrial / Mecánica o carreras afines. Experiencia: 5 años de experiencia en roles comerciales en posiciones similares. Inglés: Conversacional Paquete Office: Nivel intermedio, conocimientos en IA Licencia de conducir vigente en Argentina Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma híbrida en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional, realizando visitas diarias a la red de concesionarios en la zona asignada. Experiencia en la industria automotriz o sectores relacionados. Competencias Clave: Experiencia en temas de comercialización, capacidad de negociación, autonomía, ambición por cumplir objetivos, empatia, conocimiento del mercado automotriz. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}. The selected candidate will be required to travel at least 50% or more on a frequent basis. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits.
