Job Title Production Fulfillment Associate About the Role As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in supporting large-scale client rollouts of Point-of-Sale (POS) devices. This position focuses on order fulfillment, production operations, quality control, inventory accuracy, and ensuring client orders are completed efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment. What You Will Do Pick, assemble, pack, and ship customer orders. Configure POS devices, including software downloads and device injections. Meet daily production and quality goals. Maintain accurate inventory records. Support continuous process improvements to increase efficiency. Partner with team members to ensure high-quality production standards. Help ensure client orders are fulfilled on time and accurately. Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures. Work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment. Experience You’ll Need: High school diploma, GED, equivalent experience, or military experience. 1-2 years of experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook/Email and Excel. Experience using handheld scanners, printers, or similar equipment. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods (10-12 hours) with or without reasonable accommodation. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience That Would Be Great to Have: Experience working in a high-volume distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) equipment or electronic devices. Experience with Oracle or other inventory/warehouse management systems.
