This role coordinates with internal watch teams, customers, and technical support personnel to maintain situational awareness, respond to events, and support network security activities. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT ● Provide 24/7 mission and infrastructure monitoring, notification, administrative support, event logging, ticket management, and operational reporting for supported systems. ● Monitor system and network events, identify potential service impacts, and initiate appropriate escalation and response procedures. ● Coordinate with ISP and GW GES watch personnel to maintain situational awareness and facilitate required support actions. ● Communicate with customers, technical teams, and support personnel to provide timely notification of events, incidents, outages, and response activities. ● Create, update, track, and close incident and service tickets in accordance with established procedures. ● Maintain accurate operational logs, shift records, event timelines, and status reports. ● Perform router and switch updates in support of authorized security actions. ● Support shift turnover activities by communicating ongoing incidents, system status, and pending actions. ● Follow established operational, security, incident-management, and escalation procedures. ● Perform other related duties and projects as required to meet business and mission needs.
