What you’ll do Order Processing & Execution: Manage third-party order execution from booking in SAP through to delivery by coordinating with internal teams and external customers to ensure revenue conversion aligns with the revenue plan. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate daily with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Stores & Warehouse, and Finance teams to validate pricing, product availability, and resolve order-related issues or delays. Order Lifecycle Monitoring: Track and monitor the entire order lifecycle, including backlog and fulfillment status, providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on order fulfillment, backlog, and performance metrics using advanced Excel skills to support decision-making and month-end audit activities. Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key communication bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams, ensuring clarity and prompt resolution of inquiries and modifications such as cancellations or returns. Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to support cross-functional coordination or customer engagement as needed. What you’ll bring Must-haves: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Production, or MBA with specialization in Order Management. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is also relevant. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Nice-to-haves: 2–3 years of relevant experience in order management or order processing roles Experience in supply chain coordination and customer relationship management Familiarity with reporting on backlog, fulfillment, and performance metrics Ability to manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Why join Weir?
