Position Summary: This position is responsible for covering, sanitizing, cleaning, and preparing equipment for use in various departments. Position Summary: This position will set up, tear down and operate the stuffers as well as all related equipment.   Responsibilities & Knowledge Setup and operate all stuffers and related equipment Keep the tables and conveyors full of meat at all times. Twirl product while stuffing. Use the proper equipment and the correct size linker while stuffing. Assist in cleaning metal detectors. Perform general housekeeping duties in the department. Maintain general manufacturing practices. Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements. Perform all positions of job rotation as needed. Perform any other work as assigned by management. Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must be willing and able to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level 20 pounds or greater frequently. Must be willing and able to lift/lower/carry 20 pounds or greater with back and legs. The Team Member will use both hands for rapid mental muscular coordination, simultaneously. The Team Member will use both hands to work. The Team Member will stand/walk/climb/bend for up to 10 hours. The Team Member will flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently. The Team Member will work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 35 degrees.
