About the role:
This role sits within Edeneve, our botanical skincare brand built within the Sunday Natural and Yoshi en ecosystem. Edeneve stands for performance-driven, clean skincare formulated with premium botanical ingredients, scientific integrity, and strict transparency.
As a Working Student in Quality Control (QC) & Quality Assurance (QA), you will directly support our Quality Manager in day-to-day operations. You will gain hands-on exposure to how product quality is maintained and verified in a modern natural cosmetics brand: incoming material checks, batch documentation, external laboratory test tracking, and GMP-compliant record management. This is a supporting role (formal batch release decisions, investigations, and CPNP/PIF regulatory filings remain with the Quality Manager).
So, what can you expect to work on?
Incoming QC: Support incoming inspections for raw materials and packaging (preparing samples, cross-checking supplier Certificates of Analysis against specifications, and reporting discrepancies).
Batch Record Review: Assist in preparing and pre-reviewing batch production records, in-process control data, and finished-product test reports prior to final manager release.
External Lab Coordination: Coordinate logistics and communication with external testing labs for microbiological assays, stability studies, and challenge testing (sample shipments, test scheduling, result tracking).
Stability Studies: Track stability timepoints and organize test data into structured overviews for evaluation.
Deviations & CAPA: Assist with out-of-specification (OOS) documentation, maintaining the CAPA tracker, and following up on corrective actions.
Customer Complaint Tracking: Log quality-related complaints, update complaint logs, and support root-cause investigations alongside Customer Service.
SOPs & Documentation: Help draft, format, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), working instructions, and quality templates under guidance.
Document Control (ISO 22716): Maintain GMP-compliant document control, versioning, and secure archiving of quality records.
Audit Preparation: Help compile and organize documentation for internal audits, external inspections, and certification reviews.
Supplier & Material Qualification: Collect and review quality documentation for new raw materials and suppliers (specifications, CoAs, organic certifications) in cooperation with Sourcing and R&D.
