Procure to Pay - AP Accountant - - - - - - - - - - - - Job Mission Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment execution. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of supplier queries. Adhere to group policies, internal controls, and reporting timelines. Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices accurately and within stipulated timelines. Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support payment runs and address supplier queries. Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable processes, internal controls, and group policies. Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach. Apply knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), vendor management, and ERP systems, with a willingness to learn. Relevant Experience Experience in Accounts Payable, particularly in invoice processing and vendor management. Candidates should have 1 to 4 years of relevant experience Educational Qualification B.Com. or M.Com., preferably with relevant Accounts Payable experience.
