Responsabilidades Buscamos um estagiário para integrar o time Comercial de I&C, com perfil analítico, organizado, curioso e proativo, que tenha interesse em desenvolver uma visão ampla do negócio e da dinâmica comercial. A posição apoiará o time na análise de dados e indicadores comerciais, gestão das oportunidades e pipeline, elaboração de reports e apresentações gerenciais, além de atuar na interface com diferentes áreas da companhia. Principais Atividades - Apoiar na análise de vendas, pedidos, carteira, margem e demais indicadores comerciais; - Elaborar e atualizar relatórios, dashboards e apresentações gerenciais; - Apoiar o acompanhamento do pipeline de oportunidades, projetos e forecast de vendas; - Manter informações comerciais e oportunidades atualizadas no CRM/Salesforce; - Apoiar análises de clientes, produtos, mercado e concorrência; - Suportar o time comercial na preparação de informações para reuniões, propostas e tomadas de decisão; - Apoiar iniciativas de desenvolvimento de mercado, Spec-in e End Users; Interagir com áreas como Pricing, Marketing, Engenharia, Supply Chain, Financeiro e Customer Service; - Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e automação de relatórios e processos comerciais. Quem estamos procurando? - Cursando Engenharia, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas; - Conhecimento avançado de Excel; - Conhecimento de PowerPoint; - Perfil analítico e facilidade para trabalhar com dados e números; - Organização e atenção aos detalhes; - Proatividade e vontade de aprender; - Boa comunicação e facilidade de interação com diferentes áreas; - Capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia e buscar soluções; - Interesse por vendas B2B, indústria e desenvolvimento de negócios; - Conhecimento de Power BI será considerado diferencial; - Conhecimento de Salesforce/CRM e SAP será considerado diferencial; - Inglês será considerado diferencial.
