Your role As part of our growing Buildings & Places Civil Engineering team, you'll play a key role in delivering civil infrastructure solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Design of drainage and sustainable drainage systems (SuDS). Development of external works, highways, access roads, and car park designs. Infrastructure design for complex building projects. Coordination with architects, structural engineers, and multidisciplinary teams. Production of technical reports and design documentation. Supporting planning submissions, statutory approvals, and technical consents. Applying digital engineering and BIM methodologies throughout project delivery. Contributing to innovative and sustainable engineering solutions. About you Degree, HND, or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering. Experience in infrastructure, drainage and external works design. Working knowledge of UK design standards and engineering practices. Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D. Experience using Infodrainage, Flow, or similar hydraulic modelling software. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Desire to work towards or progress Chartership (MICE). BIM 360 and Revit experience. Swept Path Analysis capability. Interest in digital engineering, automation, and emerging technologies.
