Positioning: Be seen as a trusted advisor. As an Extended/Shared PM for your top clients Platform Sales: Sales is the channel to deliver the firm. India Research, Global Research, Corporate Access, Trading/Blocks. KPIs: Client Intensity, Client Rankings, Revenue Growth & Cross Sell. Cross Sell: Distribute ECM Deals. New Clients: Onboard new emerging clients, including HFs as we come up with new solutions Team Work: #EkTeamEkDream & have Fun! Requirements Strong Market & Research Understanding Compelling written & verbal Communication Skills 10+ year experience in Research/Sales Strong Existing Relationships with Asia-India based clients.
