Who we are: Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S. across the media that matters most, with $4 billion in digital media under management and more than 1,200 employees. Built for marketers who demand growth and accountability, Tinuiti unites media and measurement under one roof to eliminate waste—the biggest growth killer of all—and scale what works. Its proprietary technology, Bliss Point by Tinuiti, reveals the truth around growth and waste, and how to capitalize on it. With expert teams across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more, Tinuiti delivers measurable results with brutal simplicity: Love Growth. Hate Waste. We support 100% remote work for this role! We’d love to hear from you if: Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch. As a Paid Social Strategist, you will plan and improve full‑funnel Paid Social programs (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit) to grow new customers, revenue, and LTV. You’ll use data and creative learnings to make clear decisions, test what works, and scale winning ideas. You’ll use automation and Bliss Point insights to focus spend where it performs best, while keeping waste low. You’ll work closely with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership in your Pod, and turn your best practices into repeatable playbooks. Key Responsibilities Client‑Centric Turn business goals into a clear Paid Social plan across prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty. Set expectations with clients, explain options and trade‑offs, and report results in plain language tied to business impact. The Tinuiti Way Pair strong Paid Social craft (creative + audience + signal) with growing multi‑channel understanding (Search, Commerce, CRM, Creative). Teach clients and teammates, and document what works so others can reuse it. Product‑Led Use platform features and automation to grow results (e.g., Meta Advantage+, value optimization, CAPI; TikTok Smart Performance; Pinterest Performance+). Test small, prove value, then scale. Apply insights from our Bliss Point product suite, including Forecasting, Always‑On Incrementality, Creative Insights, Brand Equity, to guide budgets, tests, and creative/audience bets; share feedback to improve tools. Data & Measurement‑Driven Design practical tests (holdout/lift tests when possible; otherwise solid A/Bs), define success in advance, and keep a regular read cadence. Keep data and tracking healthy (pixel/CAPI, event mapping, UTMs/GA4); explain limits of the data when recommending changes. Owner Mindset Act quickly, keep promises, and reduce waste (e.g., creative fatigue, overlapping audiences, learning‑phase resets). Help your Pod adopt better ways of working. Ways of working and values Greatness attracts greatness: Seeks feedback, pushes craft excellence, and embraces technology and change. Clients grow, we grow: Prioritizes client outcomes with innovation, precision, and proof. Culture of ownership: Acts with speed, eliminates waste, and holds themself accountable. Professional & Technical Qualifications Experience: 5+ years managing Paid Social across Meta and TikTok; experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit is a plus. Hands‑on with: Meta Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI; TikTok Smart Performance; Pinterest Performance+; audience design; creative testing; basic catalog/DPA. Technical: Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics; can effectively design tests and connect media to revenue, CAC, and LTV. Communication and collaboration: Senior stakeholder-ready storytelling; influence across functions; client-facing presence. KPIs Growth: More qualified reach, more new customers, higher revenue and LTV from Paid Social. Creative: Faster test cycles and a higher win rate; less creative fatigue. Audience and signal: Larger high‑intent audiences; better pixel/CAPI/event health; fewer “limited learning” cases. Innovation: Regular creative, audience, bidding, and format tests with decisions recorded. Product/AI: Pilot and scale automation and Bliss Point‑guided allocations with proven, incremental impact. Efficiency (guardrail): Hold or improve CAC/ROAS while growing profitable volume. The hiring salary range for this role is $80,000-95,000 . We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
