This full-time Fund Administrator remote role is based in Japan and comes with a favourable salary and benefits package. Flexible working hours will be available upon request. Job specification SPC Operation and Management. Operate and manage SPC in cooperation with various departments such as finance, accounting, tax, legal, banking, and AM companies. Assistance SPC incorporation, assets acquisition (closing), disposition and dissolution. Review financial statement and notes prepared by accounting team. Management of various notifications and proper filing within deadline. Prepare Distribution calculations and liaise with related party. Skills Required: Over 3 years’ experience in related industry including accounting&tax office, auditor, asset manager, SPC operation, fund administration etc in Japan. Experience and knowledge in SPC(TMK&TKGK) will be preferred. Japanese language (Native).
