You’ll create a positive, professional environment where your team thrives and every patient leaves happy. You’ll: Lead, mentor and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding patient experience every time Manage rosters, appointment books, patient flow and centre presentation Work hand in hand with our dentists to keep a busy schedule running smoothly and efficiently Spot opportunities to grow the centre and help bring them to life Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures Track key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth This is a role where you’ll see the impact of your leadership every day, with a team, a patient base and a centre ready to grow with you.
