Position Overview
Odyssea is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Communications team and shape our visual identity through compelling digital storytelling.
This role owns Odyssea's brand identity end-to-end and blends design, branding, and motion — producing high-quality digital and video content that engages audiences, elevates our brand presence, and drives social impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Content Production: Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including:
- Social media graphics and short-form video or motion content for campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Event branding and promotional materials
- Website visuals, banners and landing page elements
- Email marketing assets
- Digital reports, presentations and infographics
- Brand Identity: Lead the creation and ongoing evolution of Odyssea’s brand identity — logo systems, visual guidelines and brand assets — across every touchpoint.
- Brand Guardianship: Keep all visual communications cohesive and on-brand, while bringing a fresh, modern aesthetic.
- Visual Strategy: Work with the Communications team to turn ideas into visual narratives that engage audiences and raise Odyssea’s profile.
- Operational Support: Manage and organise design assets, templates and brand guidelines; prepare files for print and liaise with external suppliers.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of professional experience in digital graphic design, including brand identity development.
- Strong proficiency in Canva, our everyday design tool, and in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio of clean, modern digital design and brand identity work — logo systems, visual guidelines, brand assets.
- Solid understanding of typography and colour theory.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media platforms and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to manage several projects at once with cross-functional teams, with strong attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for social impact and Odyssea’s mission.

- Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent).
