Resumen del Puesto** El Analista de Laboratorio Químico - Tratamiento de Muestra es responsable de la preparación y análisis inicial de muestras de diversas matrices (alimentos, aguas) de acuerdo con procedimientos operativos estándar y normas de calidad en metodologías para metales, proximales y análisis químico generales. Este rol es fundamental para garantizar la integridad y confiabilidad de los resultados de laboratorio en ALS Group USA, Corp. Responsabilidades del Puesto** * Recibir, registrar y etiquetar muestras de manera precisa y oportuna, asegurando la trazabilidad. * Realizar la preparación de muestras mediante técnicas como titulación, digestión, extracción y filtración, utilizando equipos especializados. * Operar y mantener equipos de laboratorio como balanzas analíticas, hornos y agitadores, siguiendo los protocolos establecidos. * Preparar reactivos y soluciones estándar, verificando su calidad y caducidad. * Entregar resultados según lo requerido. * Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y organizado, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene. * Documentar detalladamente todos los procedimientos realizados, resultados obtenidos y cualquier desviación observada. * Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para optimizar los flujos de trabajo y resolver problemas técnicos. * Identificar y reportar cualquier anomalía en las muestras o equipos al supervisor. * Adherirse estrictamente a los sistemas de gestión de calidad (ISO 17025) y procedimientos internos de ALS Group USA, Corp. Calificaciones del Puesto** * Título técnico o universitario en Química, Ingeniería Química, Químico Farmacéutico Biólogo o campo relacionado. * Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en un laboratorio químico, preferiblemente en el tratamiento y preparación de muestras en alimento. * Conocimiento sólido de técnicas de preparación de muestras y manejo de equipos de laboratorio. * Familiaridad con normas de calidad (ISO 17025) y buenas prácticas de laboratorio (BPL). * Habilidad para seguir instrucciones detalladas y trabajar de forma independiente o en equipo. * Atención al detalle, precisión y habilidades organizativas. * Capacidad para levantar y mover objetos de hasta 20 kg ocasionalmente. * Conocimiento básico de software de laboratorio y Microsoft Office. * Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos o fines de semana si es necesario.
