Funciones del Auxiliar de Almacén Realizar el recojo, traslado, apilamiento y almacenamiento de sacos de rechazo, asegurando su correcta identificación y ubicación. Recoger y almacenar las cajas correspondientes a lotes finalizados provenientes de los laboratorios. Organizar las contramuestras y demás materiales dentro del almacén, de acuerdo con las ubicaciones asignadas y los procedimientos establecidos. Preparar, acondicionar y movilizar las cargas destinadas a devolución, eliminación u otra disposición autorizada. Verificar la identificación, cantidad y condición física de los sacos, cajas y demás materiales durante su manipulación y almacenamiento. Apoyar en la ejecución de inventarios, ordenamiento y control físico de las muestras almacenadas. Mantener las áreas de trabajo, pasillos y zonas de almacenamiento limpias, ordenadas y libres de obstrucciones. Comunicar oportunamente al asistente de almacén cualquier diferencia, deterioro, pérdida de identificación o condición insegura detectada. Brindar soporte operativo al asistente de almacén en las actividades de almacenamiento, devolución, eliminación y control de contramuestras. Cumplir las instrucciones, procedimientos y registros establecidos para las operaciones del almacén. Cumplir las disposiciones de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente aplicables a sus actividades, incluyendo el uso correcto de los EPP y equipos de manipulación de carga. Mantener un comportamiento alineado con los valores de ALS y con el sistema de gestión de HSE. Contribuir al cumplimiento de los indicadores de productividad, orden, trazabilidad y atención oportuna del almacén. Ejecutar otras actividades operativas relacionadas con el almacén que sean asignadas por el asistente o la supervisión responsable.
