Provide executive production leadership on high-visibility work and remain hands-on when needed, including developing briefs, shaping creative approaches, producing shoots, directing teams, and guiding work through final delivery. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary production ecosystem spanning producers, creative producers, designers, editors, post-production, 3D/AR, studio operations, digital asset management, contractors, agencies, and external vendors. Own capacity planning and resource allocation across the Snap Studio portfolio, including short-term labor, contractor workforce planning, vendor strategy, and long-term staffing recommendations. Build and maintain scalable production workflows, project management systems, dashboards, and operating rituals that improve visibility, accountability, intake, delivery, and archival. Partner with Finance, Procurement, People, Legal, Brand, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, staffed, contracted, budgeted, and delivered in compliance with Snap processes. Partner closely on Snap Studio budget management, forecasting, purchase order tracking, vendor management, contract compliance, cost-savings analysis, and executive reporting. Lead quarterly and annual planning processes, including strategic planning, operating plans, resource recommendations, project briefs, and executive presentations. Identify operational, creative, financial, and resourcing risks early, and drive clear mitigation plans through resolution. Partner with Studio Operations on the roadmap for studio infrastructure, equipment, production technology, and capabilities that improve quality, speed, and cost efficiency. Represent and communicate the value of Snap Studio through internal service documentation, customer-facing materials, case studies, and impact reporting. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture through clear communication, thoughtful team rituals, and consistent creative and operational standards.
