✦ Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Concierge Dental Group ✦
📍 Clarence · North Buffalo · Orchard Park · West Seneca · Williamsville
If you’re a hygienist in Western New York, you have options right now. You’re getting LinkedIn messages. You’re being courted. So why read this one? 🤔
Because Concierge Dental Group is the practice where hygienists stop moving. Our longest-tenured clinicians have built six-plus-year careers here — not by hopping practices every two years, but by staying.
🦷 Who we are
Dentist-founded, owner-operated, and proudly local — five Western New York offices, not a corporate chain. We’re modern and fully digital: AI-assisted diagnostics, digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, the equipment you should have. And we have a team with real personality — high standards, zero stuffiness. 😄
Tell us which office is closest to home — cross-train and cover a sister office if you want the variety, or stay close to where you live.
🌟 What working here actually looks like
- Appointments structured so you can do the work properly — not 30-minute factory cleanings
- Doctors who back your clinical findings and your professional judgment
- Modern operatories with current technology and AI-assisted charting
- Real continuing-education support and mentorship from long-tenured colleagues
- Advancement tracks we’re actively building inside the group
✅ What we’re looking for
- Active New York State Dental Hygiene license
- Current CPR / BLS certification
- Comfortable with digital workflows and electronic health records
- A clinician who actually likes the work — periodontal care, patient education, the careful version of hygiene most offices have stopped doing
💙 Compensation & benefits
- $40–$48/hour depending on experience, plus a production-based bonus
- Health, dental, vision & 401(k)
- Paid time off — and the team to actually use it
- Continuing-education support
🤝 The honest part
We’re a growing five-location group intentionally building one cohesive team across all of our offices. This past year we brought in dedicated executive leadership focused on team development, communication, and how our offices work together. We’re not done. We’re still building. If you’d rather help build something than arrive somewhere already finished — we’d like to meet you.
