【募集ポジション】海外出展支援（主任クラス）：出展企業の成果支援／展示会運営全般 ■仕事内容 RX Japanが主催する国際展示会において、出展企業のパートナーとして、出展準備から会期当日、会期後まで一貫した支援を行っていただきます。本ポジションは、単なるサポート業務や営業職ではなく、出展企業が不安や負担なくスムーズに出展できる環境を整えながら、成果創出を支援する役割です。海外出展企業の対応を中心に国内外すべての出展企業の成果支援において、幅広い業務に関わっていただきます。 ■具体的な業務内容・出展企業（海外・国内）からの問い合わせ対応および各種サポート業務　（出展準備、申請対応、各種調整・案内など）・出展企業の目的を踏まえた成果支援・アドバイス　（出展内容の整理、商談機会創出に向けたサポート、　　　来場者との接点設計や事前準備のアドバイス等）・展示会当日の現場対応および出展企業フォロー・外注先・派遣スタッフのディレクションおよび運営管理・出展支援業務における課題抽出および改善提案 ■このポジションの特徴・出展企業に最も近い立場で、出展体験全体を支える役割・各種サポート業務に加え、出展企業の成果支援にも関わることができる・海外企業を中心に、国内外問わず幅広い展示会運営に携わる・営業・運営・顧客支援の要素が重なる、実務型のプロフェッショナルポジション必須条件・社会人経験5年以上・ビジネス英語文書の読解・作成ができる英語力（目安：TOEIC800点以上）　※英語は主にメール・資料作成に使用します。・取引先対応や社内外の調整を円滑に行える、ネイティブレベルの日本語力・基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word、PDF、PowerPoint）歓迎条件・カスタマーサクセス／法人営業／BtoB顧客対応の経験・複数案件を同時に進行・管理した経験・業務改善・オペレーション設計の経験・派遣スタッフへの業務指示や外注先の取りまとめ経験・ウェビナーや説明会等でのプレゼンテーション経験顧客支援への関心が高く、顧客に寄り添った対応や課題解決にやりがいを感じる方を歓迎します。 ■求める人物像・顧客の不安や課題に寄り添い、丁寧かつ正確に対応できる方・目の前の対応だけでなく、業務全体の改善にも意識を向けられる方・複数の業務や案件を整理し、優先順位をつけて遂行できる方・チームや関係者と連携しながら業務を推進できる方・特定領域に限定せず、幅広い業務に柔軟に対応できる方 ■この仕事を通じて得られる経験・スキル・展示会ビジネスにおける商流・顧客行動の理解・多国籍企業とのコミュニケーション・調整力・複数案件を同時にマネジメントする力・顧客の目的に応じた課題整理・提案力・展示会運営全体の改善・仕組み化の経験 ■補足 ※本ポジションは「英語を使うこと」を目的とした業務ではなく、　出展企業の支援を軸とした業務の中で英語を活用するポジションです。 ※展示会開催前後は業務が集中するため、残業が発生する可能性もあります。【勤務地】〒104-0028 東京都中央区八重洲2-2-1 東京ミッドタウン八重洲八重洲セントラルタワー11階 We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
