Must be able to evaluate security systems and procedures and make recommendations for improvement where necessary. Must be able to liaise with senior management as well as outside security organizations and the SAP services. Perform all security duties according to company policies and procedures. Follow correct emergency procedures. Ensure that security procedures are adhered to by employees and customer. Identify possible security risks, take appropriate action and inform relevant people. Safeguard company assets. Be consistently alert / vigilant / aware of what is going on by scanning for areas that need attention and by taking the required corrective action. Handling challenging customers, standing for long hours and routine work. Must be able to assist with alarm call outs if necessary.
