You will take end-to-end ownership of daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes to actively contribute to flawless financial services in the corporate action domain
You will design scalable processes from scratch, identify optimization potential beyond your immediate scope, and prioritize improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence as well as eliminate operational risks and control gaps
You will supervise, guide, and mentor team members below your level to ensure high quality standards and flawless execution across the team
You will support the analysis of complex corporate action events by identifying patterns, correlating data, and helping detect and investigate issues to ensure smooth processing
You take over communication with our external partners to ensure smooth processing of corporate actions
You will assist to develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business
You have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
You gained initial professional experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management (prior middle or back-office experience in a bank is a plus)
You have solid grounding in securities trading and general banking operations, alongside a foundational knowledge of financial operations
You bring a deep understanding of corporate actions and their corresponding banking processes
You bring proficiency in tools like WM-Daten and Clearstream Xact
You possess an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, enabling you to detect and resolve operational issues efficiently
You thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, demonstrate strong prioritization and strategic execution skills, effectively ranking urgent tasks and proactively escalating critical topics to meet strict daily cut-offs
You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise professionally with external partners
You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
