Ensure the safety of all guests and patrons of the arcade area. Assist management with meeting safety standards, guest service standards and cleanliness.
Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)
- Ensure guest service, safety and cleanliness standards are met in the arcade area.
- To follow the Retail and Hotel Policies and Procedures.
Performance Requirements: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
- Ability to deal with a number of problems requiring initiative and good judgment.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal/external customers, some of whom will require patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger. Collect accurate information and solve management concerns.
- Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to maintain the condition and appearance of the location.
- Respond to guest inquiries. Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information with hotel guidelines.
- Reporting/fixing game issues as needed, including ticket and card malfunctions
Experience Requirements
- Money handling experience preferred.
- guest service experience preferred
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desirables:
- Customer service experience
- Flexibility to suit the needs of the Business
- Reliability to suit the needs of the Business
- Ability to be scheduling during high occupancy and key conventions, able to adapt to schedule changes
