The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Customer Incentive Plan Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Manage multiple daily Customer Incentive Program (CIP) activities, including Rebates and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) programs. Validate monthly accruals and support timely customer payments. Review Marketing Development Fund claims for accuracy, documentation, and policy compliance. Resolve transactions, payment, accrual, and system issues with stakeholders and identify root causes. Support CIP processes during process changes, and system enhancements. Guide business users on CIP processes and system inquiries. Act as the primary CIP contact for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, and IT delivering responsive and reliable support. Analyze and validate operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and metrics using Excel, Power BI, and other tools. Prepare materials and meeting notes for monthly accrual reviews. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Technical degree or higher AND +3 years of experience in data analysis or finance. In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Advanced English proficiency. Experience with financial and sales analysis. Familiarity with Power BI and SAP. Experience presenting dashboards to different audiences. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, create macros and manage large data sets. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with documentation and policies compliance. Familiarity with MDF. Skills include: Continuous improvement mindset, Strong analytical and organizational skills, Team work, Strong critical thinking skills, Decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, strong communications skills.
