We are seeking a Full-Time Chiropractor to join our Carlisle office. This role offers excellent work-life balance, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Position Details
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient clinical environment
Patient Population: Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) patients
Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Responsibilities
- Perform chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, and evidence-based treatment plans for musculoskeletal and spine-related injuries.
- Collaborate with physicians, PTs, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Document patient encounters, progress, and treatment recommendations in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and strategies to manage pain and prevent re-injury.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Schedule patient appointments as needed within the clinic workflow.
- Provide guidance to CCAs regarding treatment protocols and patient flow.
Qualifications
- Licensed Chiropractor (DC) in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
- Strong clinical experience with musculoskeletal and injury-based care preferred
- Excellent communication, patient education, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Experience with Workers’ Compensation and/or Personal Injury populations is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay Range: $75-90k/yr (commensurate with experience)
