We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Carlisle Office. This role offers an excellent work-life balance, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a patient-focused environment.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Setting: Outpatient clinical environment
- Patient Population: Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) patients
- Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.
- Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
- Schedule patients appointments in office
- Guide PTAs regarding patient treatment plans and rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
- Strong clinical skills with orthopedic and rehabilitation experience preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Experience with Workers’ Compensation and/or Personal Injury patients a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
