Your Role Gather and structure requirements, and develop professional solutions in close collaboration with specialists. Lead and coordinate security projects, ensuring their targeted execution; this applies to both specific security domains and cross-functional projects. Integrate internal and external resources into projects and coordinate work activities. Create project plans, and track and take responsibility for schedules and costs; monitor interim results and initiate necessary corrective measures. Provide functional leadership to staff assigned to the projects. Ensure project progress and provide regular, structured reports to management. Actively participate in prioritizing projects and resources within the framework of project portfolio management. Your Profile You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics (ideally specializing in Cyber Security or IT Security), Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field. You have at least five years of professional experience, preferably within a manufacturing company. You have experience leading complex projects, preferably in the IT or security sector. You possess excellent, practically proven skills in project management and multi-project management. You are motivated to contribute to the implementation of demanding security objectives and to familiarize yourself with relevant specialist areas. You demonstrate a structured approach, analytical thinking skills, and a quick grasp of new concepts. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. Very good German and English language skills round out your profile.
