As a Technical Architect - Manager you will guide client support work within our Business Application Consulting practice, focusing on core banking technology solutions for the banking and capital markets sector. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, manage client accounts, and drive project planning and delivery while using technology and business insight to resolve complex issues. In this role at PwC, you will shape architecture decisions, coordinate workstreams across multidisciplinary teams, and help deliver solutions that align with client needs and the broader business strategy. Responsibilities - Leading technical architecture workstreams for core banking technology initiatives - Translating business needs into scalable application designs and integration approaches - Guiding implementation teams through solution design, configuration, and deployment planning - Reviewing technical deliverables, design documents, and implementation artifacts for accuracy and consistency - Advising clients on application architecture, data flows, and system dependencies across banking platforms - Coordinating project activities, timelines, and issue resolution across multiple implementation phases - Applying knowledge of technology integration, digital tooling, and application software to solve complex delivery challenges - Mentoring team members through coaching, feedback, and performance development - Identifying opportunities to improve delivery methods, technical documentation, and project execution - Communicating progress, risks, and technical recommendations to client stakeholders and leadership What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems - At least 9-13 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - At least one of the following: DevOps Engineer certifications, Agile certifications, SAFe or other scaling methodology certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Manager (CSM), or similar PM-related certification - Managing core banking technology delivery for financial services clients - Leading technical architecture for application integration and transformation - Applying systems project management across complex, multi-team programs - Leveraging Business Technology and Technology Integration capabilities - Coaching teams while advancing technology innovation and implementation Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
