Salary: Circa £58,000 depending on experience Dynamic (hybrid) working: typically 5 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security Clearance: sole British Citizen only Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. You typically need 5 years of continuous UK residency. What you’ll do: Build: Design and support simulation software used to test complex missile systems. Collaborate: Partner with diverse stakeholders across MBDA to deliver test capabilities from concept to production. Modernise: Help us transition from legacy platforms to cutting-edge development practices. Experiment: Research and implement new technologies to solve challenging customer requirements. What we're looking for from you: Technical Foundation: A background in software engineering with experience in C, C++, or C#. Adaptability: A willingness to work with Ada (we will provide training) and a comfort with evolving processes.
