This role requires individuals to follow safety protocols, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain efficiency in operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform packing, assembly, and operate machinery as per instructions • Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and productivity standards • Conduct quality tests according to ISO procedures • Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) • Communicate basic job-related information and collaborate within the team / department • Build productive relationships and contribute to team success • Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and processes under direct supervision • Train team members when directed by supervisors • Uphold and follow company values and standards Key Skills and Competencies: • Basic computer skills • Must be at least 18 years old • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to maintain productive working relationships in a team-oriented environment • Open to receiving guidance, feedback, and constructive instructions from supervisors to ensure adherence to processes and standards • Capable of safely operating and handling light to medium machinery with a focus on precision and adherence to safety protocols Minimum Education or Equivalent: • No diploma required. Basic math and reading / writing skills are needed Minimum Work Experience: • No prior experience required.
