About the role Job Summary The Sr. Order Support Specialist is responsible for managing complex customer orders, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate records in order management systems. This role operates with autonomy and supports continuous improvement in customer service and order fulfillment processes. This job profile is intended for support-level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non-routine situations. Résumé du Poste En tant que Gestionnaire de Commandes, vous serez responsable du traitement efficace et précis des commandes clients de A à Z, garantissant la satisfaction client et le respect des délais. Responsabilités * Saisir et vérifier les commandes clients dans le système ERP (SAP). * Assurer le suivi des commandes, de la réception à la livraison, en coordination avec les équipes de production, logistique et commerciale. * Gérer les demandes de modification de commande et les annulations. * Communiquer proactivement avec les clients concernant le statut de leurs commandes et résoudre les éventuels problèmes ou retards. * Traiter les réclamations clients liées aux commandes et trouver des solutions. * Mettre à jour les bases de données clients et les informations relatives aux commandes. * Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion des commandes. * Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales pour le bon déroulement des affaires. Qualifications * Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire de gestion de commandes ou d'administration des ventes. * Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment un ERP (SAP est un plus). * Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français. L'anglais est un atout. * Rigueur, organisation et souci du détail. * Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler sous pression. * Orientation client et aptitudes relationnelles développées. * Autonomie et esprit d'équipe. * Bac+2 en gestion commerciale, administration des ventes ou équivalent.
