We are looking for a Billing Agent for Spain to join our dynamic and outstanding team in Barcelona. You will be responsible for managing the customer experience by handling billing for end-to-end inland services, in compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements. This position is based in Barcelona (Spain). Key responsibilities Invoice customers for services provided. Handle all customer issues related to billing and facilitate their timely and effective resolution, involving relevant internal or external stakeholders. Provide value to customers through effective solutions, with strong business and process understanding. Maintain a customer-centric approach, helping to avoid errors and implementing preventive measures to eliminate recurrence. Prepare and submit all documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Comply with processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain effective and proactive communication by regularly participating in conference calls with clients and vendors to ensure smooth process flow. Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to establish and strengthen customer relationships. Execute reports or other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
