We're currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Sydney Logistics team and help drive operational excellence across our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily warehouse activities, support team performance, and ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. About the Role Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, managing inbound and outbound logistics, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment. You'll lead by example, working alongside the team to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management and dispatch activities. Coordinate stock control processes, cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives. Manage container scheduling, unloading and warehouse resource planning. Support transport coordination and develop strong relationships with logistics providers and carriers. Monitor operational costs and assist with budget management. Maintain equipment servicing schedules, including forklift maintenance. Support onboarding and training of team members while fostering a positive team culture. Champion workplace health, safety and continuous improvement initiatives. About You We're looking for a proactive and organised warehouse professional who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll ideally bring: Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader experience. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and transport coordination. Experience working with ERP systems and warehouse management systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements. Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word skills. A current forklift licence is highly regarded. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
