The PositionVullijn Operator Job Summary Als Vullijn operator maak je deel uit van het productieteam en sta je samen met je collega-operatoren in voor een veilig en optimaal verloop van het verpakkings- en afvulproces van Carbon Black. Je werkt in een volcontinu ploegensysteem en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Shift supervisor. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Bediening van de afvullijnen: Instaan voor één of meerdere afvullijnen en de correcte bediening van de verpakkingsmachines. Afvullen en verpakken: Verantwoordelijk voor het verzakken van het afgewerkte product (zowel papieren zakken als Big Bags) en zorgen voor een kwalitatieve verpakking. Palletisatie en wikkelen: Assisteren bij en opvolgen van het stapelen, wikkelen en palletiseren van de afgewerkte goederen richting verlading/magazijn. Kwaliteitscontroles en staalnames: Nemen van stalen en controleren van verpakking en etikettering (gewicht, luchtdichtheid, etiketten). Logistieke bevoorrading: Tijdig aanvoeren van de nodige verpakkingsmaterialen (lege zakken, Big Bags, pallets). Orde, netheid en onderhoud: Actief waken over een propere werkomgeving (5S) en het basisonderhoud van de controle- en vulinstallaties. Veiligheid en milieu: Strikt naleven en uitdragen van het veiligheids- en milieubewustzijn (veiligheidskledij, stofmasker, veiligheidsbril, LMRA). Continu verbeteren: Meedenken en streven naar procesoptimalisaties (Continuous Improvement). Profielvereisten Ervaring: Ervaring met het bedienen van industriële machines in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt; ervaring in proceschemie is een troef, maar geen vereiste. Werksysteem: Bereid om te werken in een volcontinu 4-ploegensysteem (vroege, late, nachtploeg en rustdagen). Fysiek en handen uit de mouwen: Fysiek fit en niet bang om de handen vuil te maken in een industriële, zwarte (stofrijke) werkomgeving. Safety mindset: Veiligheid staat voorop; je volgt de veiligheidsvoorschriften stipt op en stimuleert dit ook bij collega's. Talen en vaardigheden: Minstens een goede beheersing van het Nederlands; plichtsbewust, nauwkeurig en stipt. Attesten (pluspunt): Een heftruckattest is een troef (kan indien nodig ook intern via Imerys behaald worden). Competenties Persoonsgebonden: Verantwoordelijkheidszin, leergierigheid, nauwkeurigheid, zelfstandigheid en collegiaal teamwork. Jobgerelateerd: Machineparameters opvolgen (debiet, druk, gewicht), afvul- en palletiseerlijnen bijsturen, eenvoudige technische interventies uitvoeren bij machinestilstand en kwaliteitscontroles verrichten. Praktische randvoorwaarden en werkomstandigheden Werkomgeving: Zwarte werkomgeving (Carbon Black); medewerkers dragen een wit beschermend pak, stofmasker en veiligheidsbril. Er wordt gewerkt in duo's per post en er is een rotatiesysteem (om de twee uur tussen oudere en nieuwere lijnen). Doorgroei: Mogelijkheid om na een inwerkperiode intern via opleiding door te groeien naar Process operator.
