Bring your forklift experience and attention to detail to Husqvarna Construction in Lenexa, KS. In this hands-on role, you’ll count inventory, resolve discrepancies, and help keep warehouse operations safe and organized. What you’ll do Perform daily cycle counts across warehouse inventories. Investigate missing inventory, resolve discrepancies, and adjust inventory as needed. Authorize backorders as needed. Help warehouse associates locate, retrieve, stack, and move materials and products. Look for ways to improve the warehouse every day. Follow general safety requirements. Watch for and report maintenance issues, including damaged racking, I-beams, and corner mirrors. Support other duties as assigned. What you’ll bring High school diploma or GED. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Data entry skills. Forklift experience required. You must complete internal training to obtain forklift and standup licenses. Ability to lift and carry 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, push and pull products, twist and turn, and perform repetitive bending and hand work. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to spend most of the day standing, bending, walking, and climbing ladders. What we offer Competitive hourly pay. Paid PTO and sick time after 90 days.
