As the leader of our front-of-house team, you will ensure the smooth running of the reception area, manage staff performance, and represent both our business and our clients with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and inspiring the Reception team.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Building strong relationships with clients, occupiers and building teams.
- Managing daily Reception operations and service standards.
- Creating exciting events and building activations.
- Coaching, training and developing your team.
- Finding new ways to improve our service and customer journey.
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming and professional environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience managing a front-of-house or reception team
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure
- Professional, confident, and approachable manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- A proactive, service-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
