Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills Experience in Data Tabulation using SPSS. Exposure to tracking studies, segmentation studies, and advanced market research methodologies. Client-facing and consulting experience. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Post-graduate qualification in Market Research or related field. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Manage 8-10 concurrent market research data processing projects with minimal supervision. Perform data validation and processing activities using SPSS. Prepare and execute complex project setups accurately and efficiently. Create and maintain project schedules and timelines. Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks. Ensure all studies are delivered using a First Time Right (FTR) approach. Develop and execute data validation scripts using various input data sources. Maintain project documentation and ensure process compliance. Handle SPSS-based activities including coding, weighting, merging, stacking, and formatting. Work closely with clients to resolve project-related concerns. Support ongoing improvements in execution quality and productivity. Other Responsibilities Execute projects as per established plans and timelines. Participate in training programs and process improvement initiatives. Ensure proper reconciliation and maintenance of programmatic platform updates. Support internal teams with project closure and invoicing activities. Adhere to organizational standards, processes, and quality guidelines. Additional Information Individual Contributor role with significant ownership and accountability.
