- Support Safety in Design (SiD) reviews of architectural, engineering, and life safety drawings throughout project phases.
- Assist in identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, and tracking mitigation actions.
- Apply basic SiD principles and the hierarchy of controls to reduce design-related risks.
- Support compliance reviews against applicable safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on safety-related matters.
- Maintain hazard registers, safety review records, and project documentation.
- Assist with HSE audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking.
- Monitor safety performance data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare safety reports, meeting minutes, and project safety updates.
- Support commissioning, handover, and operational readiness activities as required.
- Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HSE, construction, facilities, engineering, or project environments.
- Basic knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret engineering or construction drawings is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
