This position reports to: Sales & Solution Leader ELDS Indonesia __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Business in Jakarta. You will be mainly accountable for: Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. 8-15 years of project management experience in electrical distribution, electrification, power systems, or EPC projects. Strong knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, protection systems, substations, and electrical distribution solutions. Proven experience managing project execution, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Familiarity with ABB ELDS portfolio, relevant IEC standards, and Indonesian industrial/infrastructure project environments. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, customers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
