Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports Investigate and resolve invoice holds and vendor inquiries Set up new vendors, including W-9 and banking verification Maintain vendor master records and supporting documentation Partner with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve PO discrepancies Support year-end audits with accounts payable documentation Process check, ACH, and wire payment runs Qualifications: Associate degree in Accounting required; bachelor’s preferred 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience SAP experience Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and within an international team The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
