Study financial and operational performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), reports, and management presentations, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-controlling activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and business performance. Perform variance analyses and support the definition of corrective actions. Contribute to the evaluation of investments, business cases, and profitability analyses. Support the continuous improvement and digitalization of controlling processes, tools, and reporting systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Controlling, Finance or similar roles. Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset. Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office 365 suite. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; knowledge of Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools is an advantage. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions. Good command of the English language. The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €35,000.
