En el Clúster Andino buscamos un/a Especialista en la Ruta del Paciente – Region Norte (Base en trujillo) Esta posición será responsable de gestionar estratégicamente el territorio y los paneles médicos asignados, garantizando la entrega de información científica sólida, consistente y convincente, alineada con las políticas y lineamientos de la compañía, con el fin de impulsar la formulación de nuestros productos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos corporativos. Responsabilidades Principales: Mapear la ruta del paciente para generar formulaciones y asegurar la trazabilidad del producto. Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio a través de una gestión estratégica de cuentas. Asegurar una óptima segmentación y targeting del territorio. Entregar información científica de alto nivel a los stakeholders clave. Gestionar acciones para superar barreras del mercado y capitalizar oportunidades. Contribuir activamente al posicionamiento del portafolio oncológico en su región. Requisitos del rol: Profesional en Administración de Empresas, carreras de la salud y/o afines. 2 a 4 años de experiencia como Representante de Ventas en la industria farmacéutica. Experiencia sólida en Oncología (De preferencia). Manejo de portafolio de alto costo. (De preferencia). Conocimiento del mercado oncológico en su territorio. Competencias digitales sólidas (Teams, Copilot, AZChatGPT, PowerPoint, Power BI). Competencias y Skills Clave: Orientación a resultados. Manejo estratégico de cuentas. Análisis crítico de datos y lectura de negocio. Planificación estratégica y detección de oportunidades. Cumplimiento de objetivos y orientación al logro. Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
