As Veterinary Director, you'll combine hands-on veterinary work with the opportunity to shape the culture, development and future direction of the clinic. Working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll help create an environment where people feel supported, valued and empowered to do their best work.
A significant part of your impact will come through developing the team around you. Some days might involve discussing a challenging case, guiding a less experienced vet through a procedure, or helping the team identify opportunities for development. On others, you'll be focused on strengthening clinical standards, building client relationships, contributing to clinic performance, or exploring new services and areas of interest that support the clinic's continued growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical leadership, guidance and support to veterinarians and nurses
- Mentoring team members at different stages of their careers
- Fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Partnering with the Practice Manager to drive clinic success
- Supporting clinical governance and standards of care
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to clinic growth
- Helping shape the future direction of the clinic

- Holds a Veterinary degree recognised in Australia and is eligible for registration in NSW
