Provide leadership, budget oversight, personnel management, compliance accountability, system enhancements, emergency backup center operations, and 24x7 operational support. Key Responsibilities • Direct daily and long-term operational activities and staff priorities. • Manage staffing, performance, development, hiring, disciplinary actions, and succession planning. • Oversee budgets, cost controls, capital planning, resource allocation, reporting, and compliance tracking. • Maintain SCADA databases, telemetry data, EMS information, and supporting control systems. • Prepare for and support federal and state audits and regulatory reviews. • Ensure compliance with PHMSA, state requirements, and company operating procedures during normal and emergency conditions. • Develop and maintain Control Room Management plans, operating procedures, and reliability practices. • Coordinate resolution of technical and procedural issues with cross-functional stakeholders. • Support system upgrades, maintenance initiatives, infrastructure projects, and emergency response activities. • Represent the company on industry committees, forums, and working groups.
