What success looks like in this role: Prestar suporte aos usuários no atendimento em primeiro nível ao usuário final e clientes externos; Registrar chamados telefônicos, chats ou e-mail identificar e diagnosticar os problemas;  Consultar documentação técnica e fontes alternativas de informações;   Encaminhar os chamados para acionar suporte de terceiros; Realizar análise técnica, instalação e configuração de softwares e aplicativos (Pacote Microsoft Office, navegadores); Instalar alguns tipos de hardware;   Configurar computadores em rede;   Manutenção remota de computadores e impressoras; Realizar a instalação de impressoras em rede de compartilhamento; Realizar varredura e eliminação de vírus; Efetuar testes de verificação de software e hardware; Configurar as contas de e-mail.  You will be successful in this role if you have: Graduação na área de TI e similares.  Conhecimento intermediário de Sistemas Operacionais.  Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office (Outlook, Excel e Word).  Conhecimento básico de Redes.  Conhecimento intermediário de Internet (conexão, navegação, intranet, internet, configuração de proxy, testes via CMD etc.).  Conhecimento em instalação e Manutenção de Desktop e impressoras.  Conhecimento em instalação e configuração de software.  Habilidade em Organização e Métodos.  Habilidade em Negociação e comunicação.  Habilidade em Relacionamentos.  Boa comunicação e capacidade de executar várias tarefas ao mesmo tempo.
