  • Provide user support, resolve ServiceNow tickets, and ensure relevant information is visible and accessible.
  • Act as a sparring partner for users, providing expert guidance on how to work effectively with Copilot Studio.
  • Build awareness of Copilot Studio developments and facilitate Super User meetings.
  • Manage technical configurations and monitoring for Copilot Studio, including features, settings, security, licensing, and data use.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Statkraft on Copilot Studio, artificial intelligence, and related digital initiatives.

Qualifications

We are looking for colleagues who are excited to make an impact and bring a mix of mindset and skills to the team. This includes:

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable Power Platform technologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of platform administration, configuration, security, licensing, and data use.
  • Understanding of governance principles and their application to digital platforms.
  • Ability to translate new technology and functionality into clear guidance for users and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confidence in facilitating meetings, sharing knowledge, and supporting users with different levels of technical expertise.
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work effectively across a broad stakeholder landscape.

At Statkraft, we’re always looking for people with great social and communication skills. People who love to lead, teach and help others learn.
