As a Global Director of B2B Marketing, you'll turn Delivery Hero's first-party data into the story that brings CPG brands, media agencies and local merchants to our retail media network. You'll own the global B2B brand and demand engine across Glovo, Talabat, foodpanda and PedidosYa, and set the narrative for an advertising business that connects with millions of customers.
Join the team driving brand growth and customer engagement across our markets. As part of our Marketing Team, you'll help shape strategies that build customer loyalty and optimize the effectiveness of our marketing investments. With each campaign and initiative, you'll play a key role in creating connections with millions of customers, positioning Delivery Hero as a leader in the market.
Define and own the global brand identity, narrative and go-to-market positioning for Delivery Hero's advertising business across our multi-brand portfolio (Glovo, Talabat, foodpanda, PedidosYa).
Design integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, account-based marketing, email, content) that generate qualified leads and drive inbound ad spend from enterprise CPGs and agency trading desks.
Shape our presence at flagship industry events such as Cannes Lions, DMEXCO and Shoptalk, and run executive roundtables and agency roadshows in key media hubs like London.
Partner with global and regional ad sales teams to create pitch decks, case studies, trade PR and research whitepapers that show closed-loop ROI and retail attribution.
Align with the Product Marketing team to deliver one cohesive go-to-market strategy.
Lead a central B2B marketing team and give regional ad teams in MENA, APAC, LATAM and Europe strategic direction and marketing toolkits.
Significant B2B marketing leadership experience in AdTech, digital media, e-commerce or retail media networks.
A track record of scaling an ad network or B2B brand globally, building demand generation funnels and managing sizable event and campaign budgets.
Skill in turning complex AdTech concepts and first-party consumer data into clear, memorable commercial narratives and trade PR campaigns.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global, multi-brand matrix organization.
Strong executive presentation and written communication skills in English.

Established relationships with CPG brands, media agencies or agency trading desks.
Hands-on experience with account-based marketing and marketing automation tools.
Experience marketing across several regions, such as MENA, APAC, LATAM and Europe.
Working knowledge of retail attribution and measurement.
