What we do:
Run a Fulfillment center for eCommerce companies: A big warehouse with thousands of products and millions of pieces of inventory. We pick, pack, and ship orders to our clients' customers all over the world. We'll ship something like 2 million packages this year, and we started just 5 years ago.
What You’ll Do:
- Pack all orders alongside your team, and delight our customers. We do whatever we can to go above and beyond for their requests. This could mean jewelry, hats, or even pickleball paddles.
- Be responsible for managing your time. We hate micro-managing. A series of tasks will be assigned, and it's your job to ask for help, or make sure they get done.
- Find things to do when it's slow. It's part of our business - we have peaks and slow times. We won't send you home when it's slow, but we don't want sitting around either. There are proactive tasks that can get done to lighten the load later on.
- Be willing to learn. We are not like Amazon or WalMart. You are not a cog in our machine. You are helping us build this plane while we fly it, and the people who are naturally curious tend to do really well here.
- Be creative. We strive to have a work environment full of people who are easy to get along with, and hungry for change. Our business is ever-changing, and ideas you bring to the table can directly impact our (and more importantly, your) trajectory.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A proven track record of hard work, but does not have to be warehouse specific
- Likeable personality and willingness to learn
- An eye for detail and a knack for solving problems on the fly.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while staying cool under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills that make you the go-to person in any situation.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
The Challenge: Every day is an opportunity to sharpen your skills and take on new challenges.
The Team: Join a group of like-minded professionals who are serious about their work but enjoy the journey.
The Growth: We believe in promoting from within and investing in our people—your career path is yours to shape.
The Perks: We invest in our people, with a growing list of comprehensive benefits, and a work environment that celebrates both successes and learning moments.
Job Type: Seasonal through Jan 1
