A Warehouse Associate at White Cap… Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure. Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise. Picks, packs, and ships products to customers. Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system. May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard. Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds. Performs other duties as assigned. Generally has 5-7 years of experience in area of responsibility. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work Monday - Friday from 7 AM - 4 PM Inventory Management: Knowledge of stock rotation, cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and shipping/receiving accuracy. Ability to stand, walk, or bend for full shifts and safely lift or carry items typically ranging from 40 to 50 pounds. Ability to readily identify specialized construction products by material, grade, type, and dimensions.
