- Independent CAD design and coordination activities for complex machinery, including improvements to machines, equipment and tools (independent and creative solutions...)
- Development and improvement of CAD/CAM processes and procedures (design, simulation, databases, involvement of external resources...)
- Creation of 2D drawings and 3D models
- Provision of complete documentation to the user
- Verification of the feasibility of manually manufacturing the designed component based on user requirements
- Definition of materials and manufacturing processes for designed parts
- Deciding whether parts can be manufactured in-house or externally based on the availability of workshop personnel, machines, materials...
- Implementation of product variants on new and existing machines and tools
- Analysis of the compatibility of new projects with existing machines and tools / Definition of required modifications
- Further development of the tool shop / Establishment of cooperation with local suppliers to cover all technical requirements / Increase in internal turnover by bringing machining operations in-house
Education:
- VI-VII degree of professional qualification
Work Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
Specific Skills:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Advanced PC and MS Office skills.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor / Autodesk Inventor Professional 2020 or CATIA or SolidWORK
- Advanced CAD/CAM skills.
